I am Rosie. I am an art psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience as a high school art teacher. My extensive work with children and young people has given me a deep understanding of the challenges they may face, as well as valuable insight into schools and the wider education system.
My approach is warm, compassionate and responsive to each individual’s needs. By combining therapeutic practice with my experience in education, I aim to help young people feel heard, develop greater self-awareness and confidence, and find new ways to manage life’s challenges.
I am also a practicing artist and find comfort and calm when working in within the landscape and also back in my studio. Painting for me is a means of self-expression, whilst exploring the ideas of memory and experience of places and emotions.
